Terms of Use

• Use of the Platform CrickMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
  1. Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Violate any laws, rules, or regulations in your use of the Platform.
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.
  5. Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  6. Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  7. Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  8. Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
  9. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform.
  10. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Platform or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  11. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Platform.
  12. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  13. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Platform.
  14. Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Platform.
• User Contributions The Platform may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Platform.
